چکیده

present case, no manifestations of immunodeficiency were observed. Furthermore, HHV-8 was only detectable in KS cells. Therefore, the concurrent occurrence of the two neoplastic components seemed more likely coincidental rather than aetiologically related. Clinically, chemotherapy with radiotherapy seems a promising way for the treatment of such cases, and the ABVD regimen looks like a proper choice.
